Had a whole number of things enter my head when I read "Breast Balistic" and none of them matched what I ended up getting lol

Pretty good stuff. One thing I could suggest would be the addition of a "Skip Sticker" function, that way you have the option to gamble for a specific sticker type to apply to dice, at the cost of lower score output.

Additionally, some kind of shop system in between rounds or after a certain number of rounds would be a nice feature - perhaps make the currency based around your point overflow on the final shot, or based on how many extra balls you have left over, similar to how Balatro rewards extra money for having extra hands/discards. You could have the shop offer stickers that you can apply at any time outside of the randomized selection, or some way of turning your die into Loaded die to increase the likelihood of a specific number.

In regards to difficulty, I would suggest adding some kind of hard-mode rule that changes how the aim line works - the current aiming system is perfectly fine, but it does make it very easy to find a really good firing line, which could make it very easy to cheese the game with the right sticker combos. A harder difficulty that shortens the visible sight line to the first 3-5 bounces would make repeat playthroughs more interesting, since it would encourage players to pay closer attention to where they're aiming, and make it feel more rewarding when you make a shot that results in a large combo.

Just spitballing ideas based on what I played. Whatever you decide to do, I will be keeping my eye on this one!
